2 Exercises To Overcome Premature Ejaculation
Are you wondering how to overcome premature ejaculation? In this article I am going to give you 2 exercises to stop ejaculation that is premature.
How to overcome premature ejaculation may be one of the most common problems relating to sex. Men hate this condition and so do women. It may leave one or both partners feeling frustrated, used or unwanted. If things keep going the way that they are they can only go downhill. Don’t let this happen to your relationship or sex life. Let’s now go on to look at 2 exercises to stop ejaculation that is premature.
Breathing
I can think of at least three instances that people use breathing as a technique to improve the situation, one of the best that I can think of is a weight lifter. If someone is lifting weights that are very heavy there is a certain way that they are supposed to breathe so that they get the result that they want – lifting the weight.
This is no different when it comes to not climaxing when you want to. You may notice that your breathing gets all crazy and out of control just before you reach your climax. The reason for this is because your heart rate is up and pumping and when your heart rate goes up your breathing gets shallow and quick. When you allow your breathing to stay shallow and quick your heart rate remains at the high level. On the other hand if you stop breathing so quickly you will find that your heart rate will lower and you will be able to last longer.
Kegel Exercises
Doing kegel exercises is not commonly recommended to men because men usually do not like to be open about their condition. You may have heard of women doing these exercises to strength their vaginal walls but these also work to strengthen the Pubococcygeus muscle and this will allow you to control your actions during sex much better.
To do one of these exercises all you have to do is sit on the toilet and stop the flow or urine, then start and then stop. Once you learn how to do this will the urine flow you will be able to figure out how to use those muscles during other times as well.
